    Do you accept returns?

    Returns will be processed at our discretion and will be determined on a case-by-case basis. We will accept a return only if the product is unused and returned in its original packaging. Some parts may not be eligible for a return. For more information, get in touch with us.

    Is there a deadline for returning an item?

    Items must be returned within 21 days from the date of purchase.

    Are there any costs involved with returns?

    If you bought an incorrect part or no longer need the part you purchased, you can get in touch with us to discuss its return. However, a restocking fee may apply in such instances where the return is due to the buyer’s fault. For more information on this, please contact us.

    How can I place a damage claim?

    All our items are carefully tested and undergo stringent quality control tests. If, in the rare occurrence that you receive a damaged item, you must reach out to us for the damage claim within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Any later and the claim will be rejected.
